    Their rates for accommodation and flight aren't cheaper than what you can easily get online. This shows their group discounts aren't working.

    Lots of hidden fees that they don't explain to you, even in the fine print.

    Their web portal is very buggy. Almost every time I use it there is something wrong, like making bookings, then when I log in the same day the website says I don't have any upcoming trips. I click to change preferences, then the website throws up errors. I'm spending a lot of my time with their helpdesk solving problems, which of course means they can charge us for more service fees. Everyone in our company has extra fees being charged where they shouldn't be. It is almost like they intentionally have a buggy website so they can charge extra fees.

    There have been many times their website is down, so the only way to contact them is through phone. Every time we contact them we are then charged a $40 service fee. We then complain that their website is down so we shouldn't be charged a service fee, they say "you won't be charged". Then when the monthly bill comes in, we are still charged the $40 service fee. Our company is looking at other travel agencies because of this.

    Need to use multiple browsers sometimes to use their website. Some parts of the port work on Chrome and don't work on IE, some parts only work on IE and don't work on Chrome. When I ask their IT support which browser to use, they say they don't know.
